B. S Corporation Filings for Your New Maryland Corporation
1. Federal S-Corporation Election Form

3. Personal Property Returns
All businesses incorporated in Maryland must file a Personal Property Return which reports any business property owned or leased by the entity during a particular year.
This return is required even if the business owns no property in the state or has not conducted any business activity during the year.

4. Annual Reports
All Maryland business entities are required to file an annual report. The annual fee is $300.
