B.  S Corporation Filings for Your New Hawaii Corporation
 
1.   Federal S-Corporation Election Form
 
If you have Clickandinc.com incorporate a business for you in Hawaii, and you choose to be treated as an s-corporation for federal income tax purposes, we can draft that form for you (IRS form 2553). If you choose to draft it on your own, you can download it from the IRS website.
 
NOTE: You have 75 days from the date you incorporate a business in Hawaii to file your form 2553 with the IRS. If you fail to file in that time period, you will not be granted s-corporation status for the year in which you incorporate.

All Hawaii entities must file Form BB-1 as it registers your business for various state tax and employer licenses and permits, including general excise tax (GET), withholding tax (WH), and unemployment insurance tax (UI).
 
Every company must have at least a GET Identification Number (the state equivalent to the Federal ID Number).
 
In addition, every company with employees in Hawaii must register for WH tax and apply for UI coverage.
 
Once you have your Federal ID Number, you will file Form BB-1.

       2.      Filing your Annual Report
