C.  Get Your Ohio Tax ID Number and Or Other State Required Documentation
 
Have your Federal Tax ID Number (EIN) handy; most states require it on their state tax ID number forms and other forms that you may need to complete after you incorporate a business in Ohio.
 
1.         Get Your State Tax ID Number
 
Go to the Ohio One-Stop Business Permit Center at http://www.odod.state.oh.us/onestop/ to download any forms or information you may need pertaining to what, if any, state agencies that will require you to register your business. You can also call 800-248-4040 or 619-466-4232.

2.         Biennial Report Filings
