All Missouri corporations are required to file an annual report. The Secretary of State’s office will send you a postcard about three months prior to the due date. You can file online at https://www.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/annualreport/reportstart.asp?dtm=360219907407407 . The fee if you file on time is $45.
 
LLCs do not have to file an annual report at this time.
