B.  Download the State Specific Documents

 

Once the Articles have been approved, you will have 60 days to publish notice of the  LLC formation in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the known place of business in

    C.  Get Your State Tax ID Number and Or Other State Required Documentation

 

Have your Federal Tax ID Number (EIN) handy; most states require it on their state tax ID number forms and other forms.
